During our Essential 2 hour consultation we will give you a personalised assessment and recommendations for how you can make changes to your Sunshine Coast property and instantly enhance it’s appeal as well as increase the property value and sale-ability. As we walk through your home together, room by room, we will tag furniture and decorator items not needed for styling and recommended for storage. If time permits I can help you rearrange furniture or relocate items that are better suited in a different location. I will give you styling tips on how to arrange décor items like a pro. I will also advise you on the correct placement of Artwork and help you choose paint colours and cost effective carpeting and flooring solutions. On completion I will leave you with a comprehensive report on what needs to be done as discussed during the walk through.
If you feel that we are making great progress and you would like me to stay longer, I can do so on an hourly rate basis.
After the initial consultation, if you decide you want to make all the changes yourself you can do so, I can give you a list of reputable local tradespeople or if you decide you’d like me to arrange it all for you, I can help you rent the furniture items required, shop for the décor items and come back to your home to install it all.
